Anti-wrinkle injections, how do they work, how long does it last.

Anti-wrinkle injections are a natural purified protein. When small quantities are injected into an area the muscle weakens and relaxes, resulting in smooth skin. It is safe, virtually pain free and is used to successfully combat the signs of ageing associated with smoking, gravity and sun exposure. These injections are usually applied to the areas around the face that most prone to the visible effects of ageing such as the forehead, mouth, corner of the eyes and neck line.  Some differences are noticeable immediately after the treatment; however, it takes a few days for everything to settle and for the full effect to show. Results last for several months. The technique used by Sophy does not freeze your facial expressions it only softens them providing a more natural appearance.

For example where a client has very deep lines caused by smoking, dermal filler is injected into the area to plump out the lines. The results of these injections also last for several months and provide a softened, natural youthful appearance to the face.
