BSS (Hon) Psych, MPsych Ed & Dev, MAPS
Belinda has a Masters degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology, and extensive practical experience in working with children, adolescents and their families. Belinda maintains her professional development and ethical conduct through her membership within the Australian Psychological Society.
Positive parenting is an investment for your child's future. An increasing amount of scientific data supports the idea that individuals formulate their self identity and core-belief systems during their childhood. During this period parent(s) have the ultimate power to influence their child's learning environment. Even prior to language acquisition, children start to learn about social interaction and emotion regulation. Anxious parents tend to raise anxious children; confident parents often raise confident children, etc. No doubt, parenting is the most difficult and the most rewarding experience that one will ever have. Seeking professional support during challenging times allows parents to self reflect and fine tune their parenting skills.
Belinda can help you enjoy Parenting your Child.
